El doctor etíope Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, de 57 años, cuya gestión estuvo marcada por la pandemia de covid-19, fue reelecto como director general de la Organización Mundial de la Salud (OMS).
Durante el proceso, figuró como único candidato a encabezar la agencia de salud de Naciones Unidas.
